First Coat Projects was established in 2005 with the vision of providing residential, commercial and industrial customers with a professional and specialist service. We achieve this by constant training, and our strategic alliances with key manufacturers in the marketplace.

Through our alliance with our suppliers we are able to service our customers on a national basis with a constant standard across all provinces and cities being paramount to our success.

We execute paint contracts within commercial, industrial and residential buildings as well as multi-unit complexes. Our clients include construction companies, asset owners, bodies corporate, and schools, property development contractors, building contractors, corporate companies and home owners.

Our team of experts offers the best advice and recommendations regarding any project from preparation to completion. Detailed factory specifications from our suppliers is just another of the long list of services we offer to our customers to ensure a finish of exceptional quality.

First Coat Projects has aligned itself with several key suppliers in the paint- contracting environment. By forming these strategic partnerships we are able to offer an excellent service at a reasonable price. First Coat Projects have direct accounts with the following companies:

Kansai Plascon – Our main supplier, we are also preferred applicators of all Plascon products. Kansai Plascon will provide quality assurance inspections, detailed specifications as well as manufacturers guarantees where required. We have a very good relationship with Kansai Plascon and have been a direct contractor for more than 10 years.
RB10 Paints – Supplier of specialist primers and other products unequaled in the market. Preferred applicators.
Safeguard Chemicals – With over 30 years of practical experience in the field of Damp, Safeguard is well positioned to provide solutions to all your Damp problems. Preferred applicators.
Promac Paints – We formed this alliance to enable us to offer our customers a wider range of options without compromising on quality.

Guarantees

Kansai Plascon will offer a comprehensive manufacturers guarantee. They offer the service of writing a comprehensive specification, and following up with regular site visits by technical specialists to ensure quality application of their product. Based on this they will provide approved contractors with a manufacturers guarantee.
